With the dresses arriving in bridal salons early next year, these stunning wedding dresses by Claire Pettibone will adorn brides for weddings in the summer and fall of 2023!
Bridal designer Claire Pettibone is known for her romantic, ethereal, and vintage-inspired designs, and her latest collection that she debuted at New York Bridal Market Week is a true stunner. Each of the 11 intricate gowns in The Adorned Collection was created to reflect the designer's enchanting spirit through a marriage of effortless style and luxurious detailing.
"As I created this collection of wedding dresses, I played with concepts of adornment, incorporating elements of fine jewelry, ribbons, lace, and embroidery," Claire Pettibone shares of her latest designs. "How do our ideas and traditions relate to the modern bride? There is no single answer, just as there is no one ideal beauty. Truth lies in the cliché that beauty comes from within. The adornments we choose to wear simply bring our essence to light."
Claire Pettibone Design Atelier's newest collection "Adorned" encourages brides to show their personality and individual style in each look – many of which feature detachable sleeves for two looks in one. "How do we adorn ourselves? With clothing, makeup, tattoos, jewelry... every culture, every individual, has different ways of expressing themselves through their personal choices," Claire notes of the inspiration behind such a wide range of designs.
With a number of gowns to choose from and even more adornments to fawn over, we're sure brides will find themselves in each of these gorgeous wedding dresses. As the collection will begin arriving in bridal salons early next year, we'll start to see these styles on brides for weddings in the summer and fall of 2023 and beyond!
